At Goodword Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and labels remain intact and secure.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
